The joys of motherhood

Advent of a new life to the world is a wonderful feeling. However, along with the emotional moments of despair are attacks, moodiness, doubts about his intelligence and patience, and spells spent wondering why I never decided to enter this in the first place. Do not panic, the mantra is to relax and take it easy. All you need is a focus on good psychological health of happy motherhood.

Rest whenever possible
In this first week at home, take to bed and order a meal that is served to you there. Let an assistant to watch the baby while you nap. The baby and errands - will be yours forever, no offers will help.

Expect to feel on an emotional roller coaster
You may feel elated one moment, wanted to mourn the next. Depletion increases this imbalance, which may begin in the head or creep up on you. All new parents is happening in some parts of post-child birth. Remember: you are neither going crazy, or you're a bad parent.

Let's feelings
Find a friend to talk to what you're going. Another mother, even one that you are not particularly close, it's a good bet: Maternity bonds. Schedule your own time 15 minutes each day to remember that an individual is "unique" - taking a luxurious bath, reading, daydreaming - do what I enjoy most.

Date your spouse
It is normal to get caught up in the joys of his new family and forget the romance of just two. Working, caring for your baby and help each other are performing tasks. However, you still need some alone time to nurture your marriage. Schedule some time for the couple "every week - an intimate dinner, play a game for a long walk.

Eat Well
Consider the nutritional value of what you eat. "A total of 1,500 calories must be the result of three well-balanced meals, rather than a fast food binge sin," says Dr. Smita Verma gynecologists.

Eat regular meals
An irregular eating schedule will lower your energy levels might affect your milk supply in the long term, and does nothing for weight loss.

Avoid processed foods as there are less nutritious and often contain chemical preservatives, artificial colors, saturated fat and sugar.Banish cakes, biscuits, pasta and canned or frozen foods. All of them contain sugar which leads to unnecessary weight down gain.Cut tea, coffee and alcoholic beverages.Remember, but you must eat enough to maintain energy levels and nurse must also be losing weight gradually. So weigh yourself regularly to monitor your weight loss
